Hello! I'm Rebecca. I'm a certified career and leadership coach for women, community consultant, and founder of the Inner Circle - peer advisory boards for women.

Early in my 20+ year career, I was juggling an expanding career, a husband with a similarly expanding career, young children, and learning how to (not) be a leader. All on my own. ​I had no mentor, no coach, no sponsor. I didn't even know I should be looking for one.

That's my WHY for supporting early-to-mid career women.

Now I'm bringing together my two passions: leadership coaching & career coaching for women and community building to create something I wish I'd had: peer advisory boards for women at this exact stage.​
As a certified coach, I specialize in those critical moments where careers can stall. I've coached women through job searches, promotions, career pivots, growing families and balancing ambition with life. And I know how to turn strangers into a committed community where real transformation happens.
